  1. Download VirtualBox
  2. Install VirtualBox
    1. Remove VirtualBox Python Support
  3. Disable Hyper-V - follow all of:
    1. Virtualization applications don't work together with Hyper-V, Device Guard, and Credential Guard
    2. Disabling Virtualization-Based Security

    2. I have a 64bit host, but can't install 64bit guests
    3. I enabled vt-d in Bios, but shouldn't have been necessary.
    4. Confirmed Virtualisation is enabled in "Task Manager > Performance > CPU > Settings".
    5. Ran bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype off in admin cmd without success.
  4. Create the Debian Virtual Machine
    1. Download and run this Windows 11 batch file to configure and launch the Virtual Machine.
    2. Continue with Debian installation.
